MISSION STATEMENT
The Minnesota Coalition on Provider Vulnerability
was formed by service providers, licensed by the Minnesota Department of
Human Services, who are concerned about licensing,
abuse accusations, false allegations, loss of privacy, and investigative
practices.
The Coalition shall promote practices which:

recognize and protect the rights of providers and their clients;

encourage positive provider behaviors;
-
focus on overall provider-program performance;
-
provide factual and objective information to providers, clients,
and the public;
-
establish high standards of professional conduct for all
regulatory and investigative agents;
-
assure accountability among investigators, their supervisors,
and all other regulators;
-
respect providers and their clients;
-
empower providers and their clients.
